Welcome to The Village

Sure, you say, parts of Apple Valley are not going to be improved because we live in a rural area. OK, so let’s look at the Town’s crown jewel, The Village. Businesses in The Village pay additional taxes by virtue of being in this area, and Mayor Scott Nassif and Councilman Larry Cusack each own businesses in this area. This is as good as it gets in Apple Valley.
